This privacy notice explains what personal data we collect when you visit this site, why we process it and what rights you have. It follows the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and the EU GDPR. 1. Waiting list (e-mail and first name) When you sign up we store your e-mail address and, if provided, your first name. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use this data solely to inform you once about a possible reissue of the cap. No sale or transfer to third parties. 3. Additional form data On submission we also record referrer, UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) and the browser user-agent for statistical purposes. 4. Server logs On every request our hosting provider briefly processes technical data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, referrer, user-agent) for site security and stability. 5. Google Analytics 4 After your consent via the cookie banner we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited (Measurement ID: G-DQQTZ881H2) to measure reach and usage. Cookies are set and usage data (truncated IP, pages visited, device information) is transmitted to Google, also in the USA. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings. 6. Microsoft Clarity After your consent we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Project ID: xgnene34m6) to generate heatmaps and pseudonymised session recordings to improve usability. Cookies are set and data may be transmitted to the USA. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. 7. Supabase (data hosting) Waiting-list entries and page statistics are stored with our backend provider Supabase (Lovable Cloud) in European data centres. Processor under GDPR. 8. Google Search Console We use Search Console to monitor the site's visibility in Google Search. No additional personal data is collected beyond the standard server logs. 9. Cookies Only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your consent choice) are set by default. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Clarity are only loaded after your consent. 10. Retention Waiting-list data is kept until the project ends or you request deletion. Raw statistical data is deleted or aggregated after at most 14 months. 11.
